Another Jacob update for you all! Jacob’s currently fundraising for Our Dementia Choir and has completed his 4.5 mile hike up Dragons Back/ Chrome Hill! At only 6 years old we’re so impressed by his strength and determination! He’s got many more events lined up and we can’t wait to follow his journey! Keep going Jacob!
