Where to start

First, let us know you're planning an event by downloading our fundraising pack. It gives you loads of useful information to help you plan your tea party, let everyone know it's happening, and send us the money you raised afterwards.

What You'll Need

A place to host your tea party and singalong. You'll need plenty of space, some fun bunting, something to play your music on, song lyrics, and plenty of help!

Your fundraising pack which gives you all the information you'll need to help you plan, host, advertise and enjoy your tea party!

Lots of guests! Send out your invitations and be sure to collect your RSVPs!

Plenty of tea and cake! It's up to you whether you ask for donations of sarnies and cakes, or put the spread on yourself - but make sure there's enough for everyone!

Transport to get a choir member safely to rehearsal


Music printing each week - especially for those with dementia (yellow paper/large print)


Helps us pay for

5 choir uniforms

2 visits to local care homes to perform for them

10 tickets to our performances for vulnerable people


Helps us pay for

Drinks and biscuits for each rehearsal (choir members and carers)

A wellbeing pamper day for a carer

Transport for someone who needs specialist accessible transport to get to choir rehearsal


Helps us pay for

A whole rehearsal drinks/lunch for the whole choir

A whole month's expenses for our London-based Musical Director
