Vicky McClure, Chair of Our Dementia Choir & Karen Bonser, Choir Manager will be joining Phil & Holly on This Morning to talk about the work they do to support people living with Dementia and the exciting release of the choir's 3rd TV series (airing at 9pm 10th October on BBC1) and the release of a special single, available to download when the show airs.
